How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your order, you can request to return your pieces for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow these instructions:

1. ANNOUNCE

Please inform us of your decision to return you Item(s) by e-mail or a letter sent by post.

2. SEND

Please return us the Product(s) in their original packaging, in their original state, brand new, not worn, and unwashed.

How do I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your items, no problem! Just send us an email to  info@lolanomada.com to let us know what you are sending back and what you would like in exchange. Once we receive your return in a good condition, we will send your new items. You will have to pay the sending costs only once (the sending of the items that you keep), and to bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.

You can also exchange your items at our physical stores in Barcelona & Eindhoven.

When will I receive my refund?

We will carry out a reimbursement in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the decision to return your Items. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3 to 8 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
