Is the collection also available in store shops?

Yes, you are able to buy the products of Lola Nómada in our boutiques in Barcelona & Eindhoven. Please visit us in person we would love to meet you!

Would I need to register before I can buy a product online?

No, it is not necessary to pre-register if you want to buy a product online. You are able to use guest 'check out' and this way you will not have to register. Although, we may suggest you do register, because this way you can stay informed of all the latest Lola Nómada news, promotions and special discount codes available. 

I'm not sure how I can best take care of my purchase or clean it?

For this you can send us an email to info@lolanomada.com and we will give you all the help you need. Every item has instructions on the tag on how to care for your item also.

How can I best to stay on top of the sales and special discounts?

It is best to register for the newsletter or follow us on our social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This way you can keep up to date with all our actions!

In what ways can I pay for an order on the webshop?

How can I use the promotion/discount code?

You can enter the promotion/discount code after you have finished shopping. Click on ‘checkout’ then you are able to enter the discount code.

How can I change my account information?

Your account information can be changed at anytime by going to 'Your account.'Here you can see your address as well as the orders you have made.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time up until the moment the goods are dispatched. Once the items are shipped, you can return your order to us. Please see instructions below under 'Returns'.

Delivery

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, we will automatically send you an email confirmation.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order with my going into your account and checking the status of your order. Further information about shipping can be found under the heading 'Shipping'.

Tax & Customs Clearance

Please note that recipients outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, customs clearance and brokerage fees and handling charges that may apply. All customs fees are given once the package reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges nor can we advise on the costs. Please contact your local customs authorities to determine any possible costs.

VAT

Our prices for customers who order from outside the EU are adjusted automatically during the checkout process and exclude VAT.

Can I have my order delivered direct to a shop?

Yes, if you prefer you can collect your item free of charge from one of our two boutiques in Barcelona & Eindhoven.

Returns

What is Lola Nómada's online return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lola Nómada, Kleine Berg 38, 5611 JV Eindhoven, The Netherlands, Tel.: + 31 (0) 40202496, Email: info@lolanomada.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use our withdrawal form or the model withdrawal form received with the order, but it is not obligatory. If you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in their original state, brand new, not worn, and unwashed.

Can I return an item that I bought at one of the Lola Nómada stores?

Yes, you can exchange or return your item in one of the Lola Nómada Stores in Barcelona and Eindhoven. You can find the addresses below in our 'Contact' section Please let us know in advance by sending an e-mail to info@lolanomada.com.

Payments

HOW CAN I PAY?

In Lola Nómada you can trust, with easy and secure online shopping and purchases. There are several ways you can pay. Below are the payment options:

IDEAL

Do you use Internet banking via ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, Knab, Regions Bank, Friesland Bank of Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay using iDEAL.

PayPal

Choose PayPal if you want to pay with your credit card via our Paypal Express checkout. PayPal is also useful for customers who live outside the Netherlands.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & American Express. The payment is immediate and once complete your order will be shipped right away.

Via bank transfer

It is also possible to transfer the money for your items to Lola Nómada. Our bank account number is: IBAN: NL45 RABO 0181043343. Once we receive your payment to our account, we will send your Lola Nómada items. If we have not received your payment after 2 days then your order will be canceled. 

How can I see whether I have paid?

As soon as the order has been completed you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you entered. If you do not receive this then your order may not have been accepted so please contact us.
